[Bug 360749] Re: Switching to compiz leaves me without window decorations

I experienced this problem before see bug#340895. The solution for me
was to install compiz-gnome 'sudo apt-get install compiz-gnome'

I don't know why it was every not installed or removed from my system
but this is what did it.
