[Bug 362898] [NEW] Calibration touch are sometimes responsive, sometimes not

Public bug reported:

Running the calibration tool on Jaunty RC with a Xenarc touchscreen
(which is described in bug #276302 ).

For whatever reason, touching a cross is sometimes very sensible,
sometimes I have to press ten times before the tool go to the next
cross.

This was not happening in Intrepid.
