[Bug 362362] [NEW] i965 UXA switch user fails & after hibernation no virtual consoles

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-intel

With UXA enabled on a intel 965 chipset I am facing the following
problems

1. Switch user fails. Screen just stays blank
2. On resume after suspend or hibernate desktop effects get disabled
3. On resume after hibernation cannot switch to virtual console , a blank screen appears and I have to switch back to screen 7
