[Bug 361994] [NEW] buildbot fails to start with ImportError

buildbot:
  Installed: 0.7.9-1
  Candidate: 0.7.9-1

When trying to run the buildbot command line tool, it fails with an
unhandled ImportError:

$ buildbot
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "/usr/bin/buildbot", line 3, in <module>
    from buildbot.scripts import runner
ImportError: No module named buildbot.scripts

This seems to make the buildbot package completely broken and unusable.
