[Bug 361391] [NEW] brasero should not default to checksum before and after (20+ minutes)

Binary package hint: brasero

Using brasero, now integrated into the simplest buring operations, takes
over 20+ minutes to burn a CD by default.  Also in the simple nautilus
based view there is no:

- option to disable
- explanation that it will take so long or why

At the very least during first run there should be a wizard that asks
what you would like to do and warns that it will result in burning
taking a very long time.  Also it should be clear how to disable.  Many
new users will never figure out to look in plugins to disable.
