[Bug 360105] [NEW] change or select language in klavaro

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: klavaro

1. There is a combobox where you should be able to select your preferred language. Yet the combobox is empty. 
2. If you press the Update button at any time, then it changes the language to Czech. As you can not changed it back to any other language (remember, empty combobox), you have to manually edit the ~/.klavaro/preferences.ini file to change the interface locale.
