[Bug 359979] [NEW] tagging is deactivated since jaunty

Executing this:
$ ffmpeg -i file.avi -acodec copy -vcodec copy -title "MyTitle" out.avi

Will result in:
> ffmpeg: unrecognized option '-title' 

This was possible in intrepid. Many scripts are broken now, since ffmpeg will not just ignore it, but stop.
