[Bug 358531] [NEW] deluge stops checking torrents after choosing "add new torrents to top of the queue" option

Binary package hint: deluge-torrent

Once I've checked mentioned option ("add new torrents to the top of the queue") in deluge options.
Then, some time after hard-rebooting my PC, I noticed, that deluge has checked just one of the torrents, while the other are displayed as "Checking... 0%" and nothing changes.
After that, I've restarted deluge and its daemon. Then I saw that deluge checked the second torrent in list and then nothing has changed.

How to reproduce a bug:
add 2 or more torrents to list ->
enable an option ->
kill deluge hardly (reset of PC or any other way) to force it to recheck everything ->
run deluge and observe the list

(I'm using 1.1.6 version of Deluge)
