For now, here are the installation instructions:
extract http://emhsoft.com/singularity/singularity-0.30-src.tar.gz somewhere in your home directory
if you want music extract http://endgame-singularity.googlecode.com/files/endgame-singularity-music-006.zip into ~/.endgame
run 'sudo apt-get install python python-pygame python-numpy'
change into 'singularity-0.30'
run './Endgame_Linux'
