Apparently the project coder has released a patch but it is not already
in ubuntu repository.

I get the patched binary (for i386 only) . 
You can in the meantime correct the problem by replacing the file /usr/bin/cryptkeeper by this one http://www.chocobon.fr/cryptkeeper and relaunch cryptkeeper.
