Inspired by solution 5 at: http://brainstorm.ubuntu.com/idea/18684/

gshutdown includes a shutdown timer, but a user searching for one cannot
find it since the package description doesn't mention the feature.

 the shutdown or the restart of your computer. With it you can simply
