[Bug 357774] [NEW] desktop wall cannot be enabled

Public bug reported:

In compiz settings manager I enable desktop cube and the result is that
multiple desktop feature doesn't work (I cannot change desktop
workspaces from the taskbar or with key combinations) So I disabled
desktop cube and reenabled desktop wall effect and everything works OK.

This isn 't a bug reported by the system
