[Bug 355124] [NEW] Picard "Couldn't load album" errors

This is a well known problem for the picard developers

in some conditions picard can't get the metadata for the album you are
looking for.

The possible fixes for the ubuntu version would be
 - backport/package picard 0.11
 - disable "Use folksonomy tags as genre" and backport fix for release event without a date
