i personally think having the title bar makes the window look better.

and having the timer is good, because since we no longer have giant
icons to click like in hardy, but rather a quite small menu where it is
easy to misclick, having the timer has already saved me from shutting
down when i wanted to do X, since i had time to click cancel.

Leave the 60 seconds in, or shorten it a bit, but if we are going to be
shutting down from that fast user switch menu, we NEED  a timer.
