  Observed defect:

  failed to connect to server: No such file or directory
  
- /var/lib/setroubleshoot directory is missing so socket is not created
- for sealert
+ /var/run/setroubleshoot directory is missing so socket is not created for sealert
+ and has to be created manually and setroubleshootd restarted.
