Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: referencer
Referencer allows to open multiple instances of the application, but
changes in one instance will not propagate to the other instances, so
depending on the order of saving processes, changes may be lost.
Referencer should lock the database and not allow opening of the same
database in multiple windows (or handle simultanious access via inter
process communication)
