[Bug 303779] [NEW] Connection failed

Binary package hint: network-manager-pptp

I have a static IP and use pptp vpn to connect to my work place. It was
not possible under 8.04 so I was happy that this was fixed under the
betas of 8.10. But at the upgrade October 15 I could not connect
anymore. If I downgrade to the version of September 28 it works but not
for the newer ones. I use MPPE as the only "special" thing. The error
message is just :"Connection to 'name' failed".
