[Bug 303546] [NEW] lemonpos binary doesn't include necessary SQL

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: lemonpos

The Lemon POS requires a database. This should be set up from the SQL in
database_resources/lemon_mysql.sql (although it would be nicer if the
installer did that as well).

Unfortunately, this SQL file is not included with the binary package -
it is only in the source package. So the binary can't actually be used
on a clean system.

All this os on a Kubuntu 8.10 system, fully updated.
