[Bug 303323] [NEW] Please update LXDE to 0.4.8.6 and move to main

LXDE 0.4.8.6 is already released

Please update to this version.

Also it would be nice if we can have a lxubuntu flavour with Ubuntu
proper, rather than spin off from a previous verison of Ubuntu (like
U-Lite)

But for this to happen, lxde-related package must first be included in
main
