When trying to run or use ffmpeg to transcode I get the error:
symbol lookup error: /usr/local/lib/libavformat.so.51: undefined symbol: av_crc04C11DB7

I have all the links for libavformat andlibavcodec correct and I have
reloaded the config file.

Installed the latest ffmpeg and libraries from Ubuntu repositories
