[Bug 303088] [NEW] Update Signatures Option Should Request Administrative Password

Binary package hint: clamtk

When a user (not root) uses the Update Signatures option to manually
update the virus signatures, the application should use gksudo to prompt
for the administrative password instead of just telling the user that
they "...must be root to install updates."
