[Bug 303078] [NEW] attempting to re-enter mismatched new password when installing moodle database with apache in ubuntu server

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: moodle

Dialog noting the mismatched password entry comes up.  with cancel, back
and continue buttons.  Back button flips to install monitor, progress
bar.   The install fails.  Synaptic Package manager offers re-install
option.  Following this leads to repeat of same error.  Mainly, this
makes it not possible to correct the mismatched password condition.
