Bah! The CFLAGS change is no longer necessary - the binutils bug was
fixed and we got the new version in Intrepid. I thought including bug
links in debian/rules would allow people to discover this, oh well.
Build the Debian source package without further changes and observe that
it works. As we got the new GHC now we can do a straight sync next time.
