Hi Manny,

Nice work, thanks for the investigation and explanation of the
dependencies, it makes it much easier to sponsor your work.

I took the liberty of tweaking your changelog. Firstly the first line
says "..., remaining changes:" so you should document the changes
kept from previous versions indented under there. Anything you
change while merging should come at the end without the extra
indent.

Also, I grouped the changes in to logical chunks rather than by file.
This makes it easier to understand what changes go together. I also
explained a little about why they were done (though they were mostly
quite obvious). As you will see I didn't add any explanation about
moving conduit.real to conduit, as I don't know why that change was
made. I may be able to work it out with some investigation, but if the
person that had made the change had explained why in the changelog
then I wouldn't need to, which is why I am always keen to get good
changelog entries with explanations.
