[Bug 302945] [NEW] soundconverter package dependencies

I am using

Description:    Ubuntu 8.10
Release:        8.10

and I have this version of soundconverter

soundconverter:
  Installiert: 1.3.2-0ubuntu1
  Kandidat: 1.3.2-0ubuntu1
  Versions-Tabelle:
 *** 1.3.2-0ubuntu1 0
        500 http://at.archive.ubuntu.com intrepid/universe Packages
        100 /var/lib/dpkg/status

When I tried to convert mp3s the app correctly told me to install the
missing gstreamer plugin (which I did), but what wasn't mentioned was
that it also needs the package id3v2 to read the mp3 tags. I was
wondering if you could look for possible further "dependencies" and
maybe add them in a way they get installed along with soundconverter by
apt.
