[Bug 286202] Re: aria2 shows (ERR):error occurred.(INPR):download in-progress even after completion

this is not actually a bug, just an unclear status legend in which ERR &
INPR are described even if they were not encountered. this has been
changed in newer versions of aria2 so it is less confusing.
