[Bug 302457] [NEW] gnome-appearance-properties smooth wallpaper transition

In Ubuntu when you change wallpaper with gnome-appearance-properties, it
just changes it.

I tried Fedora 10, and when you change the wallpaper, it blends the
current wallpaper to the one you selected in a smooth visual transition.
Looks sweet.
