I have just found that you get a the same message on the bash cli when
trying to delete lots of files from the samsung T10.

rm: FATAL: cannot open .. from `HarryPotter/Harry Potter and the Deathly
Hallows (Disc 04)': Transport endpoint is not connected

Again this using intrepid

mtpfs version 0.8+svn11-1ubuntu1
