[Bug 301708] [NEW] system-config-lvm can not remove snapshot

system-config-lvm is unable to remove snapshots. Any attempt to remove a
snapshot results in an alert box saying

lvchange command failed. Command attempted: "/sbin/lvchange -an
/dev/local/snaptest1" - System Error Message:   Can't change snapshot
logical volume "snaptest1"

Manually removing the snapshot with lvremove works. Perhaps system-
config-lvm should use lvremove instead of lvchange.
