Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: mrbayes
In order to run the mb executable on more than a single processor using
mpi, the MPI flag needs to be set in the Makefile before compilation.
Since this is not done mb cannot be run using multiple processors, which
is disappointing because the program can take days to complete.
Should this be incorporated into this package directly (requiring some
mpi library?), or another package? I don't know the Debian/Ubuntu view
on this.
Thanks,
ben
** Affects: mrbayes (Ubuntu)
