[Bug 301450] [NEW] Encontre TVFM: IR remote control does not work in Intrepid

Public bug reported:

I don't know if this is related bug to tvtime (which i doub). But i
wasn't sure which package to choose.

Since I've installed/Upgraded to Kubuntu Intrepid, my IR remote control
stopped to work (which in Hardy and older was working perfectly)

My TV card (Encore TVFM): 02:04.0 Multimedia controller: Philips
Semiconductors SAA7130 Video Broadcast Decoder (rev 01)

Everything works, except the control remote.
