[Bug 301342] [NEW] mtop fails to install?

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: mtop

I was trying to install something,  and then suddenly there was a
problem while installing

libghc6-highlighting-kate-dev  libghc6-highlighting-kate-prof  mtop

this problem (failed to install the above) was since then showing each
time I tried to do aptitude upgrade or install anything, untill I remove
this packages.
