Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: seahorse
When I tried to create a new PGP key, I clicked "Advanced key options"
and saw that under "Expiration Date" the box "Never Expires" was
checked. I then unchecked and re-checked the box. It became disabled.
Now I no longer have the option to check or uncheck the box. I expected
that the box would stay enabled so I could uncheck and check it to my
heart's content.
