Ok, now this is interesting.  It seems that `scan` is replacing the
second FEC rate with 'AUTO' even though the initial scan file says
'NONE'.

Please make a copy of your initial scan file (de-Hannover) in your home
directory and change the 'NONE' values to 'AUTO', then use that file to
scan in Me TV.

Let's see what that does.
