[Bug 301013] [NEW] Japanese translation file is empty

Binary package hint: emesene

Emesene package in Intrepid Ibex has empty japanese translation file.

I download source by apt-get and extract. I see all msgstr in japanese translation file is empty
(/emesene-1.0.1/po/ja/LC_MESSAGES/emesene.po)
