[Bug 300677] [NEW] inetutils-ping is missing the -b option compared to iputils-ping

The /bin/ping from inetutils-ping is missing the -b option compared to
iputils-ping. This causes a bug to gnome-nettools for example.

$ ping -b 127.0.0.1
ping: invalid option -- 'b'
