[Bug 179251] Re: djbdns daemontools missing /etc/inittab

/etc/inittab is gone due to the usage of upstart, so the nonexistence of
that file is not a bug.

However, it IS a bug that the daemontools template does not correctly
handle the nonexistence of that file.
