If I open the settings dialog in an UTF-8 locale, I get

ioctl: VIDIOCGFBUF(base=(nil);height=0;width=0;depth=0;bytesperline=0): Invalid argument
encoding error : output conversion failed due to conv error, bytes 0xE4 0x74 0x20 0x28
I/O error : encoder error
error : string is not in UTF-8
