[Bug 299650] [NEW] gnome-subtitles: support editing of subtitles from matroska

Binary package hint: gnome-subtitles

It would be excellent if gnome-subtitles were able to read .srt files
which are stored as tracks in matroska files.

Ability to save them too (edit in-place) would be even better, but
simply loading them would be a good start.
