Confirmed.  It seems the duck.cow file was mangled (or else uses a
different syntax to all the other .cow files).

Attached is a fixed version of duck.cow -- it works for me.  Not that I
am an expert on ASCII art ducks...!

I may get a debdiff here later tonight...
