Hello Giannis,
it is very easy to fix the problem.
As it is shown here:

It is enough to edit the file:
/usr/share/systemtap/runtime/time.c
locate the following line:
ret = on_each_cpu(__stp_init_time, NULL, 0, 1);
and substitute it with this line:
ret = on_each_cpu(__stp_init_time, NULL, 1);
Then you'll be able to use systemtap on Intrepid!
Let's wait for the official fix now :)
