I'm working on sunbird. there is a little hack we have to put in rules
file so timezone.xpi to match what we use for lightning xpi, and i
rmeember filed a bug on 0.9, ANyway we wont have it in Hardy for a while
since we need to push to Jaunty than backport it if we can meet the
requirments.
