The cause of the failure is:

Creating config file /etc/moodle/config.php with new version

 * Reloading web server config apache2

apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified
domain name, using 172.20.30.3 for ServerName

   ...done.

grep: /etc/postgresql///pg_hba.conf: No such file or directory

Your settings in /etc/postgresql///pg_hba.conf do not allow me to
continue.

psql: could not connect to server: No such file or directory

        Is the server running locally and accepting

        connections on Unix domain socket
"/var/run/postgresql/.s.PGSQL.5432"?
