sorry, I forgot to update the bug report. I can confirm that ATLAS is
built with gfortran; the problem is that ATLAS is built in a perticular
manner, which I forgot; only the build info is wrong.

ATLAS debian package is built using a log file, to make sure the binary
is always the same; I reminded this fact by seeing that the
ATL_buildinfo was exactly the same on FC 9 and on debian, which is very
unlikely since the name of the build host and time are mentioned :)

I don't know how to solve this; the wrong build info is a problem.
