[Bug 237595] [NEW] requestsync manpage should describe environment variables

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

requestsync wants to talk SMTP. By default, to port 25. Outgoing port 25
is blocked by many ISPs. The user can set SMTP server and port via
environment variables (DEBSMTP, DEBSMTP_PORT, and others; see source,
function mail_bug). The manual page should document these.
