Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

>From man ppaput:

This tool aims to help with the sponsoring process
〈https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SponsorshipProcess〉 and is written by the MOTU
team.

Yet the referenced page says:

Proposed new approach using the tool ppaput

So far there is no consensus for this approach and tools should make
very clear that this is not the normal method for getting work
sponsored.

** Affects: ubuntu-dev-tools (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
