[Bug 194633] [NEW] pbuilder-dist requires arch argument

Binary package hint: ubuntu-dev-tools

$ pbuilder-dist testing create
[sudo] password for kitterman:
W: /home/kitterman/.pbuilderrc does not exist
Distribution is testing.
Building the build environment
 -> running debootstrap
/usr/sbin/debootstrap
E: option requires an argument --arch
pbuilder: debootstrap failed
 -> Aborting with an error
 -> cleaning the build env
    -> removing directory /var/cache/pbuilder/build//13270 and its subdirectories

Usage says this should not be required:

Usage: /usr/bin/pbuilder-dist <distribution> [mainonly|allcomp]
[withlog|nolog] <operation>
