Ubuntu Jaunty 2.6.28-4 kernel
Brasero 0.8.4-0ubuntu1

I had just burned a Data Project DVD with Brasero.  After what appears
to be complete and successful burning, the disk ejected and brasero
reported:

  Error while burning.
  An internal error occured
