[Bug 312521] [NEW] behaviour change between 1:1.2.1-1(hardy) and 1:1.2.1-2

Using 8.10

I use "$tpl->loadTemplatefile($templatefile, true, true);", and upgrading to version 1:1.2.1-2, markers using syntax like {TEXT} to not be replaced, but appended to the output.
Tested 1:1.2.1-1 on intrepid & jaunty, it works as expected.

Since there has not been any change upstream, I suspect the last
upgrade…
