[Bug 312182] [NEW] firebird2.0 fails to upload to archive - builds libfbclient2 but so does firebird2.1

Public bug reported:

The binary package libfbclient2 is currently built by *both* the
firebird2.0 and firebird2.1 source packages. As there is a libfbclient2
version 2.1 installed in the archive, the archive management software is
rejecting all binary uploads built from the firebird2.0 source.

The firebird2.0 source must stop building the libfbclient2 binary
package.
